The one constant in life - change. People change. Things change. Neighborhoods change. Relationships change. Take a look at yourself 10 years ago; you've changed (I hope so, anyway). On a biological level, we are masters of experiencing change within ourselves - almost every cell in each of us replaces (changes) itself at various rates. From quick-changing skin cells to slow-and- steady bone cells. You are change in motion! Many people claim to be afraid of change; afraid of new challenges or situations. It takes them away from their comfort zone of familiarity and ease. Groundhog Day was an interesting movie that showed us that in experiencing the same things over and over again is not so comforting and easy. In fact, it's boring and stagnating to repeat the same thing over and over and over again. We then begin to look for change and mind-provoking stimuli to keep our sanity. Albert Einstein once said, "Doing the same thing over and over, yet expecting different results, is the definition of insanity." Keeping an open mind and adapting to change, rather than forceful opposition will enable one to "go with the flow" and experience growth. Allow Now : Sow Grow!
